Surprise Birthday party for William 12-19-2011

William had asked for a surprise birthday party.  He and his brothers will be leaving to be with their father tomorrow for the Christmas holidays, so Richelle had to act quickly. With  permission from Willy's school teacher and the school, Richelle was able to put together a surprise party to take place in Willy's classroom the last 45 minutes of classtime.  Grandpa and I met her in the school parking lot and helped carry the treats and fruit drinks to his classroom.  Meanwhile he was called to the office to help make copies of some paperwork with Mrs. Campbell.  When he arrived back at his classroom, the kids jumped up and yelled, "Happy Birthday William."  I believe Willy actually turned red with surprise and delight.  He had no clue this was going to happen.  Friday December 23, he officially turns ten years old.  If he had been born two days later he would have been a Christmas baby.
