HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIDDELL, Here is a tribute to you in our own unique fashion, so bare with us.  You have permission to laugh or not, but enjoy the journey.

Because you climbed the mountain high for elephants,

 and searched the valley low for dinosaurs and fire breathing dragons

and braved your very first soccer game with much courage and determination even though you got hit with the ball, you are a hero.

Because you give life all you have, doing the best you can in whatever you choose, you are heading for that touchdown of success.

There's an upside to this scenario below: "crank it up cousins, I'm off to high adventures".

(Sweet!)

Then again there's the downside,

And the bright and kind side.

Because  you shepherd others to choose the right,

and you followed the star that led to a lowly stable,

and led a donkey to Bethlehem to find shelter and safety for "your espoused wife," you are traveling a good road.





And then there is the side of you that is amusing.  

What's this?  Water guns, but where is the enemy?  Where are the girls.  Me thinks the plot thickens with anticipation.

Whether you wrestle your brothers, shoot water guns, climb mountains,
fight imaginary dragons,  send the football flying through the sky or dance with the soccer ball, you are a blessing to Grandpa and I and we love you. 

I think this adventure needs to come to an end quickly before the dragon comes back and breath threatening fire at us.  Let's go!
